Yahearrd??

As you may know, my brother-in-law, Scotty--that standup guy--recently asked for the hand of his cute lady, Tristen. She accepted and their wedding day will be here in no time--Thanksgiving 2010! Needless to say, we had to get on their engagement photos stat, which proved a difficult task in itself; you see, Scotty is busy being a futbol star (for California State University Dominguez Hills) slash student slash pool boy, whilst Tristen is usually busy working long hours at her salon. I'm thrilled to be getting a new sister. Here's one photo from part 1 of their engagement shoot--see the rest on my photo blog.

A Lovely Evening at the Fair

As per my summer tradition, I attended the fair last night. While there, I ate a hot dog as long (almost) as my arm and it was delicious.  Aside from fair food, fair sights are my favorite part of this summertime gathering of folks.

Souvenirs

The 'rents took a little trip to Scotland, England and Wales without Kiffy & me.  Yeah, I was jealous.  BUT I guess I can forgive them because they brought me back a box of these--French macarons from Laduree.  I ate them for breakfast--ALL of them--every single one of them fashionable, colorful, flavory, and delicious.  Best souvenir ever!
